No refunds, if you would like a new date, we can accommodate that as long as the date works for both us and the customer.

We take great pride in our animals, from our mini pony to our alpaca, goats, chickens, and more. Each one is treated like family, and we are passionate about sharing that experience with you. Owner Jenn, a proud mother of two, along with her partner, has dedicated their time to creating magical moments by bringing the petting zoo to communities or opening the doors of their farm for guests to experience the animals firsthand. At Bouncytime, we believe in creating memories that last a lifetime, and our farm is a place where everyone feels welcome.
